    1. A good primer on environmental issues in the St Louis area and an excellent history of the city and region Well sourced and researched, the writing is at times stodgy and academic I mean, it s a book of academic essays, so Anyhow I picked it up for 5 from the clearance rack at the Missouri History Museum Worth much than that.
